A pasted inscription on the back cover reads: "School Records: The Roll Book, Daily Report Book and School Register are the most important of the school records. Good black ink should be used for all entries in these books. The penmanship and figures should be clear and legible. As these records are State property, and as they form material for the official history of the school, they should be kept accurately, carefully and neatly. They may not be removed from the school. When finished they should be stored carefully. Timely application for a new record should be made to the District Inspector." |
