Description	'Almost every Medical School and College in Great Britain and Ireland is anxious to guard the interests of the medical profession and to prevent unqualified persons practising medicine and surgery it is to be regretted that the President and Council of the Royal College of Surgeons should pass a resolution which sanctions Licentiates of the college publicly co-operating with Quacks.' Included are correspondents to the College relating to individual disapproval.
