Also includes three typescript pages [dated circa 1961-1962]  inserted at the front of the volume regarding new appointments to posts such as Registrar and Houseman [possibly in the context of the Royal Victoria Eye and Ear Hospital, with which Mary Frances Crowley had a long association]. Acquired by Mary Frances Crowley from an unknown source in the 1980s.</dc:description>
