  <dc:description>The Order of the Star of Zanzibar medal attached to red ribbon with two vertical white stripes by a gold laurel wreath. The main part of the medal is also made of a larger laurel wreath with five pointed star in red and white enamel sitting in the centre. The star has a circle in the centre which has an unknown design surrounded by Arabic characters in it.
