  <dc:description>Ornately cut silver medal attached to a red ribbon with two vertical green stripes by a crescent moon with a star in the centre (sign of Islam). Seven pointed star with points facing inwards. There is a star in between each of the seven points. In the centre of the star there is a circle with an unknown design surrounded by Arabic characters.
