  <dc:description>Gold medal attached to tattered yellow ribbon with stitching. The decoration on the front is of a scene where a man is tending to a sick man lying on the ground. They are flanked by shamrocks. The inscription above the scene reads 'Fac Similiter' and below reads '1904 Mercers'. A stamp on the back of the medal reads 'Moore &amp; Co. Grafton Street'.
