DescriptionA letter from Willy Otto to Matron Mary Frances Crowley which reads "Dear Matron! I thank you very much for your card that I got yesterday morning. I am glad, that you had so nice days in Paris and hope you have enjoined [sic] of all those beautiful buildings and places that are famous all over the world. Especially I thank you very much for the medal and the lovely photographs of the Cathedral. It is simply marvellous. I am sure that the Luxembourg Garden is the right place for those who try to make a [piece?]. I hope they will succeed and send us back [...]ly. The Hospital is as the same as it was when you left. I am feeling much better now and start my duty Friday. I am glad, for I am sick of being in bed and not working. The weather is very bad. Always rain. Our Chaplain thanks you very much for your kindly regards and replies them. I wish you nice holidays in Ireland and a good rest. Yours Sincerely Willy Otto".
