Illustrations are numbered 1 to 7, with accompanying manuscript notes reading '1. Eruption in the lip 2. Under the right breast 3. On the right side 4. On the back 5. On the left leg 6. On the back (near the left ?) 7. Internal portion of the thigh'. A further manuscript note on the reverse reads 'No.16 ___s'.
