Description	Mounted colour illustration showing a lateral view of lesions on the arm of a male patient. A manuscript note on the front reads 'J. Jacob Feb. 7 1822. The small eruption had been treated with mercury and the patient discharged as cured. The large scabs (the scale of which are not represented large enough) are part of a second crop. Man at Stephens' Hospital [Dr. Steevens' Hospital]'. A further manuscript note on the reverse reads 'No. 20____s'.
