Description	Colour painting of a family scene depicting a mother and four children in a dwelling interior. The mother is pictured with a growth on her neck. All four children appear to have disfigurement of the lower limbs, with a pair of crutches in use by one of the older children and another pair visible in the background. A manuscript note on the front reads 'W. Kirwan 1840 Delin.'
